While reading the results below, the one thing that stood out was that Gabriel might leave FCW. Could Gabriel be making his WWE return soon? Don't quote me on this, I'm just guessing. We'll all have to wait patiently to see what happens; let's hope for the best!

Match Number Three: Alex Riley versus Gabriel

Before the match starts, Abraham Washington comes out and he is sick and tired of seeing Gabriel versus Alex Riley. Abe says that it has nothing to do with Alex. His problem is with Gabriel. Abe tells Gabriel he can have a title shot, but he needs to defeat Alex Riley tonight. If Gabriel loses, Abe doesn’t want to see his face any more. Abe also says that it is a handicap match. Riley’s tag team partner is Eli Cottonwood.

Match Number Three and a Half: Alex Riley and Eli Cottonwood versus Gabriel

Gabriel locks up with Cottonwood and puts him in a side head lock but Eli sends Gabriel into the corner. Eli runs into Gabriel’s boots and then Gabriel with a corkscrew back elbow from the turnbuckles. Eli sends Gabriel over the top rope to the floor. Gabriel with forearms and a kick from the apron and then he hits drop kicks to the leg to knock Eli off his base. Cottonwood with a choke slam for the three count.

Winners: Eli Cottonwood featuring Alex Riley

We are back and Byron Saxton talks about the possible end of Gabriel in FCW and Barrett is very happy.

Match Number Three: Tyler Reks and Gabriel versus Alex Riley and Eli Cottonwood

Riley and Gabriel start things off but Riley goes to the floor and he hides behind Cottonwood. Gabriel returns to the ring to wait for Riley. Gabriel allows Reks into the match and they lock up but Riley with a knee and he works on the arm. Reks punches Riley. Reks with a flying clothesline and a running back elbow and then he slams Riley to the mat. Cottonwood distracts Reks but Riley misses a punch. Riley with a rollup. Riley with a neck breaker and he gets a near fall. Cottonwood tags in and he kicks Reks and chokes him with his boot. Cottonwood with a biel and a short arm clothesline. Cottonwood with a chin lock on Reks but Reks with a jawbreaker and Riley tags in and stops Reks from making the tag. Reks avoids a slam and he tags in Gabriel. Gabriel with a double leg take down and he punches Riley. Gabriel with more punches to Riley. Gabriel with a series of Irish whips and a back body drop. Gabriel tries to knock Cottonwood off the apron. Gabriel with a neck breaker but Cottonwood breaks up the cover. Reks with a drop kick that sends Cottonwood to the floor. Reks tries for a pescado but Cottonwood moves out of the way. Reks lands on his feet but he is not up there too long because of a punch. Gabriel tries for the Vindicator but Cottonwood grabs Gabriel by the throat. Reks pulls Cottonwood off the apron, but Riley is able to get the three count with a leaping sit out uranage.

Winners: Alex Riley and Eli Cottonwood

Episode 61:

* The Abraham Washington Show featured new FCW Diva Aksana, Eli Cottonwood and a suspended Gabriel was in the crowd eating popcorn; a match was set-up between Cottonwood and Mr. FCW for the next episode where if Mr. FCW won Gabriel would be reinstated.

Episode 62:

* Mr. FCW defeated Eli Cottonwood by DQ when Cottonwood refused the referee’s instruction to stop beating on Mr. FCW

VIEW CANDIDS

I have added 13 more candids of Steve during his time in the WWE developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling. The candids were taken September 1, 2004 at an OVW show called Fall Brawl. It was Steve Lewington going one-on-one with Seven that night. Check them out with the link above.

Gabriel comes out and he has something to say. He says that over the last few weeks, he has been in a feud with Alex Riley. He discusses the times that Alex Riley has gotten the best of him when someone attacks him from behind. Last week, he proved that he was the better man. Gabriel says that he is moving on and he is going to win the Florida Heavyweight Title.

Match Number Three: Gabriel versus Michael Tarver

They lock up they go around the ring until the referee separates them in the corner. They lock up again and Tarver with a waist lock and forearm to the back. Tarver takes Gabriel down to the mat but Gabriel with a hammer lock. Tarver with a reversal and Gabriel tries to escape but cannot do so. Gabriel with a back body drop to escape. Gabriel works on the arm and then hits a gutwrench suplex for a near fall. Gabriel with a knee to the arm as he lifts Tarver in the air. Tarver with a kick and a t-bone suplex for a near fall. Tarver with a reverse chin lock into an abdominal stretch. Tarver uses the ropes when the referee is not looking. Tarver with a chin lock but Gabriel with an electric chair drop. Tarver with punches but Gabriel with punches of his own and some forearms as they go back and forth. Gabriel with a European uppercut but Tarver with punches. Tarver gets a near fall.

Alex Riley comes to ringside to check out the action. Gabriel tries for a neck breaker but he sees Riley and gets distracted. Tarver sends Gabriel into the ropes and Riley acts as if he is going to hit Gabriel, but it is just an opportunity for Tarver to get a rollup and the three count.

Winner: Michael Tarver

Thanks to a friend of mine for bring this to my attention, Gabriel's WWE.com profile has been taken off. Now don't panic, this does not mean Steve has been released. It may be the following two reasons: WWE.com updated their page, because Gabriel is not longer "DJ" anymore, or WWE might be getting ready to put Gabriel back on the main roaster with his new ring name.
